What data we collect
When you subscribe to our free guide, we collect your email address. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal information through this website.
If you book a paid consultation, payment is processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your payment details.
How we use your data
We use your email address to:
- → Send you the free five-part email guide you subscribed to.
- → Send a weekly newsletter with information about studying in Spain.
- → Occasionally send information about paid consultation services.
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given when you confirmed your subscription. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Data processors
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France) to manage our email list and send emails. Brevo processes your email address on our behalf under a data processing agreement compliant with the GDPR. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to measure website traffic and advertising performance. These services use cookies to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our active lists. You may request full deletion at any time by writing to us at boundforspain@proton.me.
